Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Every appointment holds a slot that cannot be offered to another client once it is booked.

The Main Rule

Appointments are held with a card on file. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule — that window exists so the time can be offered to someone else who needs it. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Pack holders forfeit the session from their pack. Subscription holders lose the session for that billing period.

Contagious illness is always exempt with same-day notice. A genuine emergency is handled at Trent's discretion — one courtesy per client relationship, and it requires a call or text before the session, not after.

To cancel, use the booking link or text directly. Email does not count as timely notice. Three late cancellations or no-shows within 12 months may result in a 90-day suspension from booking.

The same 24-hour rule applies to everyone. What changes is how the fee is collected, depending on how you book.

Late Arrival

  • Arriving within 15 minutes late

    The session continues and ends at the scheduled time. No extension, no partial refund.

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late with no notice

    Treated as a late cancellation. Full session fee applies. Whether the session proceeds is at Trent's discretion.

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late with advance notice

    Trent decides whether to proceed. If the session is shortened, the rate is adjusted proportionally.

When the Policy Doesn't Apply

  • Contagious illness

    Fever, flu, COVID, or any contagious condition: always exempt. Same-day notice is enough. Reschedule freely. This protects everyone in the practice.

  • Genuine emergency

    Handled at Trent's discretion. One courtesy waiver per client relationship. Contact him directly before the session time — not after. Silence is not an exception.

  • Exceptions are not automatic

    An exception requires direct communication with Trent before the session. If you cannot reach him in time, text and leave a voicemail — both are time-stamped and count as notice.

How to Cancel

Online booking

Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation or visit fascia-rebalanced.com. Submissions are automatically time-stamped.

Text or call Trent

Text or call directly. Voicemail and text are time-stamped and count. Email is not monitored in real time and does not count as timely notice.

Three-Strike Rule

Three late cancellations or no-shows within any 12-month period may result in a 90-day suspension from booking. Subscription holders with two no-shows in a single billing period may have their subscription terminated at Trent's discretion. Any remaining prepaid sessions are refunded at the current per-session rate.

A Note on Subscriptions

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Sessions do not roll over between billing periods — consistent attendance is the point of the subscription. A session cancelled with 24+ hours notice is released for that billing period; it is not credited to the following month.
