What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Fascia Rebalanced, LLC ("Fascia Rebalanced," "we," "our") and apply to all sessions, packages, subscriptions, and communications associated with the practice. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Fascia Rebalanced is a private, appointment-based bodywork practice. All booking and payment is handled through GlossGenius. These terms apply regardless of how you discovered the practice or which service you select.

Nature of Services

Fascia Rebalanced offers manual bodywork sessions focused on fascial tissue rebalancing. Sessions are provided by Trent McDonald and are structured as one-on-one, private appointments.

Fascia Rebalanced reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns, policy violations, or scheduling incompatibility.

Sessions, Packs & Subscriptions

Services are offered in three formats. Each carries distinct payment, cancellation, and forfeiture terms as described in the Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Single Session

  Charged at the time of booking or session completion via GlossGenius. Rate is determined by day and time of appointment per the current pricing schedule.

• Session Pack

  Multi-session bundle purchased upfront. Sessions are drawn from the pack upon confirmation of each appointment. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the session from the pack. Packs are non-transferable and expire 12 months from purchase.

• Subscription

  Recurring monthly commitment at a fixed session rate. Billed automatically each billing period. Missed sessions due to late cancellation or no-show are forfeited and are not rolled over. Subscriptions may be paused once per 12-month period with 7 days advance notice.

Pricing & Rate Changes

Session rates are published on this website and within the GlossGenius booking system. Rates are determined by day and time of appointment and are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active clients.

Rates quoted at the time of booking are honored for that session. Rate changes do not retroactively apply to pre-purchased packs or active subscription agreements unless the client is notified and agrees in writing.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations and no-shows are governed by the Fascia Rebalanced Cancellation Policy, published separately at fascia-rebalanced.com/cancellation-policy and incorporated into these Terms in full.

Key terms: 24-hour advance notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Pack sessions are forfeited. Subscription sessions are lost for that billing period. Three violations within 12 months may result in a 90-day suspension from booking.

Refund Policy

Completed sessions are non-refundable. If a session is unsatisfactory, contact Fascia Rebalanced directly within 48 hours and the matter will be addressed at the practitioner's discretion.

Unused pack sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 60 days of purchase, minus any sessions already used at the standard single-session rate. After 60 days, packs are non-refundable but remain valid until the 12-month expiration date.

Subscription fees that have been billed and processed are non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing; it does not reverse charges already made.

Health Disclosure & Contraindications

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgical procedures that may affect your ability to receive bodywork. This information must be provided honestly on your intake form and updated if your health status changes.

Fascia Rebalanced reserves the right to modify or decline a session based on health disclosures made at any point, including on the day of the appointment. A declined session due to undisclosed contraindications is subject to the standard late cancellation fee if disclosed within the 24-hour window.

Professional Conduct

Fascia Rebalanced is a professional bodywork practice. All sessions are conducted within the ethical boundaries of manual therapy. Any conduct that violates those boundaries — including but not limited to inappropriate requests, aggressive behavior, or harassment — will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent suspension from booking. No refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Fascia Rebalanced, LLC and Trent McDonald shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in sessions, including but not limited to soreness, delayed onset muscular discomfort, or any adverse physical reaction not directly caused by practitioner negligence.

Total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of services shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

Fascia Rebalanced reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via the contact information on file.
